Real Impact Workshop Series: Lean in 45 Minutes

Have you ever looked around your business and thought, something could be done better here but I just can't put my finger on what?

You don’t have to be a Six Sigma Black Belt to understand how to make your work more customer friendly and efficient.

In this fun and interactive workshop you will work with some of the basic principles of LEAN to make your office and your client’s better places to work. And you will leave with at least one idea that you can implement right away. I promise.

Meet our workshop facilitator:

Melinda Munro, Owner and Lead Consultant, Munro Strategic Perspective

Melinda is an advocate both by training and by disposition. Trained as a lawyer and mediator, Melinda was a litigator for 15 years in human rights and employment law in BC before becoming a service, strategy and governance consultant and advisor to municipal governments and not for profit organizations in Ontario and across Canada. She is currently serving as a Municipal Integrity Commissioner and she teaches the Municipal Law course at the University of Windsor School of Law. Melinda is also an expert in community governance and in creating models of practice which, while complying with applicable law, also recognize the unique ways of knowing and deciding within different communities.
